HeatSabre 1000 for Betag

Introducing: The New “Woodpecker HeatSabre 1000”. A product created to answer a call from the field. One of our loyal customers asked if we could create an even longer version to the 600, so he could reach and repair even more. Always happy to accept a challenge, we came up with the goods and as it was a great idea, we decided to make some for the rest of you too!

The Woodpecker HeatSabre 1000 is still relatively lightweight at less than 250g and has the same rugged time served reliability that all our HeatSabres have. With genuine Neutrik connections at either end, it performs with dependable durability time after time. It is designed such that when connected between your output cable and your heat pen, you get a much shallower viewing angle to successfully repair the finer undulations in the metal surface than you would using just the heat pen alone.

Years of refinements mean that our HeatSabres are designed to be fully adjustable so as you are never forced to work at an awkward angle.

The HeatSabre 1000 for Betag is manufactured specifically to work with your “Betag Innovations T-Hotbox”. They are not designed to work with a Woyo or similar machine, if you are not using the Betag T-Hotbox, check out the WOYO version here.

The HeatSabre 1000 for Betag is manufactured in house, to special order only, by Woodpecker UK Ltd. The Betag variants are specifically designed to work seamlessly with your "Betag Innovations T-Hotbox for Steel".

This version is not designed to work with a Woyo or similar machine, nor is it designed to work with the aluminium versions as the hot end on the Alu machines are much too heavy to hold at the end of an extended arm.

If you are not using the Betag T-Hotbox, check out the WOYO version here.

The Woodpecker HeatSabre has a lightweight Carbon Fibre shaft and genuine Neutrik connections at either end for rugged durability time after time. It is designed such that when connected between your output cable and your Heat Pen, you get a much shallower viewing angle to successfully repair the finer undulations in the metal surface than you would using just the heat pen alone.

Years of refinements mean that our HeatSabres are designed to be fully adjustable so as you are never forced to work at an awkward angle, right or left-handed, you can always adjust the 'V' sight to get a perfect view of the dent and the operation button can be adjusted to meet whichever finger or thumb is most comfortable to use.

Naturally comfortable to hold in the hand, this HeatSabre variant has a 1000mm gloss carbon shaft which brings its overall length to approximately 1050mm (41⅜'') and it's overall weight to less than 240g (8½Oz). For a shorter reach, perhaps on tightly curved rails etc., click here.
